Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy

  1. All orders placed with Fastbox Direct are subject to this Shipping Policy. Any orders where Click & Collect is selected as the shipping method are subject to additional terms found under Section 5 of this policy.
  2. Wherever possible, Fastbox Direct endeavours to dispatch orders on the same day they are placed provided the order is received by 11am GMT/BST that day. Any orders placed after this time will be shipped the following day.
  3. Fastbox Direct utilises third party couriers to ship orders, by placing an order with Fastbox Direct you agree to the Terms and Conditions of our third party carriers.
  4. Where delivery is unsuccessful and your order is returned to us, Fastbox Direct will attempt to contact you to arrange for redelivery. If contact is unsuccessful or the redelivery fails, your order will be cancelled and refunded, excluding reasonable costs incurred in attempting to complete and deliver your order.
  5. Where Click & Collect is selected as an option, Orders will be ready for collection from 14:00 on the same day as the order is placed, provided the order is received prior to 13:00. Order will remain awaiting collection for 14 days, at which point the goods will be returned into stock and your order cancelled and refunded.

Returns Policy

  1. Fastbox Direct makes every effort to ensure our products are suitable to our customers requirements. However, there may be circumstances where you may wish to return a product to us. In this instance, this Returns Policy and our Terms and Conditions apply.
  2. Where the product is deemed damaged, either during transit or prior to collection from our warehouse, customers are required to take photgraphic evidence of the damage that has occured and submit these to us via email to sales@fastbox.net after which a returns claim will be raised and a member of our customer service team will be in contact to discuss your issue and proceed with the returns process.
  3. Where the product is considered unsuitable to the customer needs, this does not constitute a product failure and would not be accepted as a return. Fastbox Direct Terms and Conditions outline that all products purchased are done so at the risk of the buyer to be suitable to their needs. If you are unsure about whether a product on our website is suitable, please contact us either via phone, email or the contact form on our website and a member of our sales and customer service team will be in contact with you to discuss your needs and make a product recommendation.
  4. Where a bespoke product has been ordered, Fastbox Direct cannot accept any returns outside of damaged goods as these products have been manufactured especially to meet your needs.
